Season 1

The residents of Canadian Waterbury are amazed when one day Sarah Bennett (Katie McGrath) and her husband Dylan (Brandon Jay McLaren) return to the small town where she once grew up. Twenty-eight years earlier, a masked killer killed Sarah's parents cruelly and cut Sarah out of the womb of her pregnant mother. Now it looks as though Sarah wanted to process her past, but it does not take long for another terrible series of murders to shake up the village, which has striking similarities to the crimes of the time. While the killer takes the seven biblical deadly sins as an opportunity to kill more and more people, Sarah does everything she can to hunt him down - for which she even asks her parents' murderer for advice.

Season 2

A group of former summer camp attendant returns to the remote camp of their past to collect evidence of a crime they committed in their youth. Deep in the Canadian wilderness, they encounter members of a spiritual movement with their own secrets. It does not take long before they are all targeted by someone - or something - with cruel revenge.
