Money Heist Plot
A criminal genius (Álvaro Morte), known only as "The Professor," recruits eight thieves to carry out a sophisticated raid on Spain's banknote printing works. The members of the group who, in order to keep their true identities secret, are located in the metropolises of Tokyo (Úrsula Corberó), Berlin (Pedro Alonso), Nairobi (Alba Flores), Rio (Miguel Herrán), Helsinki (Darko Peric), Oslo (Roberto Garcia Ruiz ), Denver (Jaime Lorente) and Moscow (Paco Tous), want to infiltrate the facility to print as much as 2.4 billion euros for themselves. For this immense sum, however, they need unnoticed access to the money printing machines for several days. A plan as meticulous as it is complex should keep the police at bay. But with everything at stake, it's not easy for each of them to stay calm. Tensions within the gang are soon preprogrammed.

House of the Money (Original title: La casa de papel) is a Spanish television series by Álex Pina, which tells the story of a robbery in the style of a Heist movie hostage taking on the Spanish banknote printing. The Spanish premiere of the series took place on 2 May 2017 on the station Antena 3.
