About TV show Law & Order: SVU season 19
In contrast to the mother series, which deals with violent crimes of all kinds, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit deals with the elucidation of sexual crimes and crimes by the special unit "Special Victims Unit". Such special units also exist in reality at the New York Police in all five neighborhoods of New York City. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit plays in the fictitious New York Police Center (Precinct) 16. Each episode, following the Law & Order pattern, begins with the same voice-over introduction.
At RTL II the introduction was shown for the first time in the 18th episode of the ninth season. At VOX it was shown from the first season on, but in changed form, while RTL II uses the original pre-tension.
