Bates Motel Plot
Half a year after the sudden death of her husband, Norma Bates (Vera Farmiga) wants to start a new start together with her son Norman (Freddie Highmore), who is very attached to his mother. For this purpose, she bought a down-hill motel in the small coastal town of White Pine Bay, which she now wants to bring back to front man. But soon after mother and son have arrived in their new home, they have to realize that the alleged idyll of the place is deceptive. Many of the inhabitants are gloomy secrets, large-scale drug trafficking is the order of the day, and a death in which Norma and Norman are directly involved will not be the only one that will shatter White Pine Bay in the near future.
Bates Motel season 6 release date
Bates Motel is a US-American thriller TV series, which has been broadcast on A&E since March 18. The series tells the story of the novel Psycho by Robert Bloch, which was filmed in 1960 by Alfred Hitchcock. However, the series sets the plot in the present time and is thus not to be regarded as a direct prequel to the film or the novel, but only takes up its motives. The series is produced by, among others, Carlton Cuse, who was previously involved in the Lost series.
