About TV show Peaky Blinders season 6
In 1919, England was still struggling with the aftermath of the recent First World War. In Birmingham, ambitious Thomas Shelby (Cillian Murphy) takes the opportunity to gain more and more power with his criminal gang, the Peaky Blinders. He can continue to expand his influence in the city through black market trading, protection money extortion and illegal betting. But one day when he got a large arms shipment that was stolen from the local arms factory, he and his fellow soldiers got into serious trouble. The British war minister Winston Churchill (Andy Nyman) gets wind of the incident and puts the relentless but determined Inspector Chester Campbell (Sam Neill) on Shelby's gang of criminals. With his persistent investigation, Campbell increasingly troubles the Peaky Blinders. But Shelby is not so easily beaten.
