About TV show Sex Education season 2
Otis Milburn (Asa Butterfield) is a socially rather awkward student from Wales at the beginning of the last two years of schooling. While his buddy Eric (Ncuti Gatwa) is hoping for "the best two years" of his life, Otis is less optimistic. The fact that his mother Jean (Gillian Anderson) is a sex therapist makes him aware that he is not the fastest in terms of sexual development. And that he is an outsider, the popular students leave no doubt.
The fact that Otis has to make a project with the Bully Adam (Connor Swindells), at the school of his mother's profession known. But soon it turns out that Otis Adam can calm down the nerves after a sexual problem by persuasion. And so outsider Maeve (Emma Mackey) comes up with an idea: Otis should give the classmates advice - for a fee, of course, from which she always clammy Maeve cuts off a good chunk. Otis is not enthusiastic about the idea, but of the deaf Maeve. So he agrees.
First successes in enabling his classmates to feel better about themselves and their respective relationships, encourage him. However, he soon finds himself confronted with the exception pupil Jackson (Kedar Williams-Stirling) also has an eye on Maeve, and does not burn anything. In addition, Otis must cope with the sex life of his mother and the fact that interferes in her life again and again after her divorce. And Otis' relationship with Maeve worsens Eric's - who, while giving himself as a proud, gay young man, suffers from outsiderism in school and in society.
