Plot & Details

Adereth (Ben Kingsley) was once a top Mossad agent, but his superiors have now dismissed him as an old iron and believe he treated his intelligence as fictitious as spy novels - in short, fake them. That is why Adereth is also the young agent David (Itay Tiran) set aside as a supervisor. But right now Adereth needs complete confidence and backing, because according to his information, a chemical weapons deal with a crazy dictator threatens to bring the Middle East to the brink of destruction. Even if no one seems to believe it .. Key to the solution could be the mysterious Angela (Monica Bellucci), with whom he enters into a love affair, but of whom he does not really know whether she is a friend or an enemy. Too late, Adereth realizes that he is playing a wrong game. He got caught in a sticky spider web.
