Plot & Details
The strategy game Imperator: Rome begins around the year 304 BC, about 20 years after the death of Alexander the Great. In addition to the Romans is a variety of other playable factions to choose from, all of which have different starting positions and individual properties. You have to take care of the well-being of the population as well as the trade and the fight. Away from domestic affairs, of course, the player must also take care of foreign affairs. Conducting diplomatic negotiations with neighbors and barbarian tribes is at least as important as setting up trade routes and tactically assembling troops before a battle. For example, fighting elephants are especially powerful, but not in every terrain.
The publisher Paradox Interactive announced, the release of the game is scheduled for April 25, 2019
