Plot & Details
In Dying Light 2, you again escape the zombie hordes in Parkour fashion, trying to rebuild an entire city and regain control of the world. Your decisions play a big role in the gameplay and a lot of zombies have to believe it.
After the story in the first part was still relatively insignificant, sets Dying Light 2 his main focus on the development of the game world and the impact of your decisions in the course of action. Chris Avellone, who has already written the story for games like Fallout 2 and Baldur's Gate, has also been brought on board.
While gameplay elements such as Parkour deposits and the fight and the flight from the zombies are still key elements of the game, in the long run it is all about more. So there are different factions in the game for which you do missions. You can beat your side or not, the decision is yours.
Your decisions affect the game world and factions in the game.
Depending on that, the game world will even change visually. In addition, factions can gain power or gangs are up to mischief. But still it is most dangerous in Dying Light 2 at night, because then the Volatiles crawl out of their nests and you should look for a safe hiding place.
