Navy CIS: New Orleans is a US crime series that is operated by the investigative team of the New Orleans-based satellite branch of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
Special Agent Dwayne Pride heads up a unit of NCIS New Orleans, a branch of the Naval Investigative Service, and deals with crimes that are happening around New Orleans, in the area from Pensacola, Mississippi, Louisiana, to Texas Panhandle. His team consists of Special Agent Christopher LaSalle and Special Agent Meredith Brody. The latter has just been moved to the south and first has to get used to the humid climate and the people of the area. They are supported by the medical examiner Dr. med. Loretta Wade and her assistant Sebastian Lund who is brilliant, but in the interpersonal area a bit awkward. Together, they investigate cases involving members of the Navy.
