A motorcycle cop is still haunted by his father's traumatic separation when he was a little boy. After surviving a nearly fatal accident and being convicted of police brutality, his whole world collapses. Unexpectedly, he finds hope in the form of a terminally ill boy who, after 28 years, reunited him with his father. In honor of the boy, he founds the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
